If you are not satisfied with the product it will be eligible for an exchange. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds at this time. To be eligible for an exchange your item

• Should have been purchased in last 2 weeks.
• Should be unused and in same condition of purchase
• Should not be soiled/ dirty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.

Estimations on private owned rugs: A verbal consultation fee (verbal estimation on pricing) of $25 will be applied for each carpet over the telephone. Written Appraisal for each carpet for $259 that comes with a certificate of authenticity plus the company seal.
